Sonpra Superstore currently delivers to any residential or business address in South Africa, excluding PO Boxes.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the size of your order and your delivery location. The final cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Receiving Your Delivery

  • Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery at the specified address. This can be you or an authorized representative who can provide appropriate access.
  • Upon delivery, a signature will be required on a copy of the delivery note to confirm receipt.
  • Anyone present at the delivery address at the designated time is presumed to be authorized to accept the delivery on your behalf.
  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the driver will return the products and attempt to contact you to reschedule redelivery.
  • An additional delivery fee may be applied if redelivery is necessary due to no one being available at the address.
  • Our sole liability for any delayed deliveries is limited to rescheduling delivery at a mutually agreed-upon time at no additional cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your order thoroughly.
  • If you find any damage or receive an incorrect item, you have the right to refuse delivery.
  • In such cases, please notify us, and we will replace the correct item and redeliver it to you free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of sale to return any eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on cut items due to their customized nature.

Color Disclaimer

  • We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and the inherent limitations of digital image presentation, the colors you see on your screen may not perfectly match the actual product.

Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unblemished, unused, and in the original packaging.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return courier shipping and issue a full refund upon inspection of the returned item.

Incorrect Orders by Customer

  • In cases where you placed an incorrect order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 70% from your refund if the returned item is not in its original, unblemished condition.

Refunds

  • All refunds that we are liable for will be processed within 5 to 14 business days after we receive the returned goods and confirm their condition.
